Our June Nutrition Seminar is tomorrow (Tuesday, June 20th) at 6:30pm.  Come talk about how nutrition plays a crucial role in your overall fitness, what to eat and to avoid based on your body type and your goals.  This seminar is for people who have no idea where to start with their nutrition AND people who have been honed in for awhile now and need a reminder or maybe just need some new tips.  You don’t need to sign up and it doesn’t count as a class, but we highly recommend attending this to make the most of your workouts this summer!
