If you’d like to come experience our fitness program, please familiarize yourself with our process explained below and fill out the contact form. A member of our coaching staff with be in touch with you shortly. We look forward to working with you!

  1. Fill out the contact information below so that a coach can get in touch with you to schedule your first class of the 6 Week Challenge.
  2. Upon the day of a your first class, please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of class. During this time you will meet with a coach who will show you around our facility, introduce you to other’s who are also participating in the challenge and answer any questions you may have.
  3. Bring a bottle of water, towel and wear your workout clothes. Be ready to learn, work hard and have fun!

The 6 Week Challenge runs from January 2nd – Feb 13th
Choose between our 6:30am and 7:30pm, Monday – Thursday, class offering.
$250 to be paid at our facility prior to your first class (ACH or cash only – no CC or debit)
