Tomorrow (Monday) we are re-doing the Look Better Naked Challenge baseline WOD to see how you’ve improved over the last 90 days!  Even if you didn’t participate in the Challenge this is a great way to check your progress.

If you participated in the Challenge please be sure to email Isaac your scores.  If you are in the “Increase Lean Mass” division of the Challenge, re-test your 3 rep maxes over the next couple of days and send over the results!

LBN participators, be sure to also email over your “after” photos to Isaac ASAP!
