4/14/16 – Charlotte’s Best Boot Camp

Charlotte’s Best Boot Camp is kicking off this Monday at 6:30pm!  Anyone with a CFSE membership will be able to sign up for the Boot Camp and it will count as one of your classes.  The Boot Camp is a more cardio focused workout where you are moving almost the entire hour.  If you know of anyone that is looking for a new fitness routine but feels CrossFit isn’t for them, let them know about Charlotte’s Best Boot Camp as an option.  Or let us know and we’ll reach out to them.  The Boot Camp will be on Monday, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 630pm and Saturday at 1030am.
