One more reminder that we have our Spartan Race Workshop this Saturday from 10am – 12pm. Come prepared to do some running outside, as well as some other work inside. Feel free to bring friends and family with you who are not members of the gym as well! If you have any interest in participating in the Spartan Race in April then we highly recommend attending on Saturday!
