This Saturday is the Thunder Road Marathon in Charlotte. The race goes right past our gym on S. Mint Street. We have classes as normally scheduled on Saturday but please give yourself a few extra minutes when getting to the gym to make sure you are still on time for class. Or if you can walk/run/bike to the gym, please do that!
And another reminder to sign up for a pre-order for our new hoodies. If you aren’t going to make it to the gym tomorrow you can send us an email with the size and quantity you want.
