We’ve been hard at work here at ESC Fitness trying to create a new brand that would appeal to more than our current customer base at CrossFit SouthEnd. Since our company started as a boot camp model, it only made sense to go back to our roots.
Our mission is to offer a broad and inclusive fitness service to individuals who may not directly align with the training methods and goals of CrossFit or other high intensity exercise programs. We plan to continue to thrive as a local industry leader by providing multiple outlets for people to achieve their health and fitness goals.
To any of our past and current CrossFit SouthEnd members – if you know of anyone who is seeking a change in their health and fitness, but have decided that CrossFit is not the program for them – please forward our contact information on to them.
