1/12/15 – Look Better Naked Challenge Begins!

The Look Better Naked Challenge begins Monday!  Start logging your food, attending the classes you need to, etc.  We will complete the baseline WODs on Wednesday.  If you haven’t brought in your $50 (that you get back as long as you complete the challenge), then do so ASAP.  Also be sure to send in your “before” photos!  Good luck!
