1/2/15 – Welcome to 2015!

RANT

Hope everyone had a great New Year’s Eve and Day!  Now back to business.

Couple of reminders:

Our third annual Look Better Naked Challenge will now start on Monday, January 12th (not the 5th as previously stated).  We have an information session for it tomorrow (Friday, January 2nd) at 6:30pm.  If you want to participate in the Challenge, be sure to email info@escfitness.com with your intent to do so and which division you will be in, bring in $50 cash or check, and email “before” photos all prior to January 12th.

On a related note, we have scheduled another Nutrition Seminar for Monday, January 5th at 7:30pm.  The first half hour of the seminar will be for those looking to increase their lean body mass, and the second half hour will be for those looking to decrease their body fat percentage.  If you’ve never attended a seminar before and are interested in the LBN Challenge – definitely try to attend this!

 This Saturday, January 3rd, we only have 9:30am class as the 10:30am has been canceled due to the Panther’s home playoff game that afternoon.  For the 9:30am class – we only have the front S. Mint Street parking lot available.  NO parking in the side lot (Carson) will be available.

Finally – we still are short cans of food for our collection for Second Harvest Food Bank.  Please bring some in and your burpee cash out will be reduced by 1 for each can!
