Put September 6th on your calendar because there are 2 awesome things going on, both for good causes.  The first is the Camp Care 5K at McAlpine Creek Park where you can join Coach Baryn.

Second is a charity WOD being held at CrossFit Dilworth supporting The Lunch Project from 9am – 12pm.  For more information about the organization and the event you can contact Jeremy Early at jeremy@thelunchproject.org.
