First, reminder that the Fundamental Strength Class is starting up tomorrow morning at 630am.  It is going to be Tuesdays and Thursdays at 630am.  This class is great for beginners and veterans who want to focus on the basics.  Sign up in MindBody

Second, CrossFit for Hope is this Saturday, July 19th back at CrossFit Steele Creek.  We aren’t making this an official gym event, but we highly encourage all members to go and participate in this event!
