Our very own Nicole Hollis will be leading a Deep Stretch class at the gym tomorrow (Wednesday) at 7pm.  All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend!  It is not set up in MindBody yet as this is a trial run to see what sort of interest level there is in this class, so just show up ready to go at 7pm.  Bring a yoga mat if you can!
