Enough people have expressed interest in a Fundamentals Strength Class on Tuesday and Thursdays mornings at 630am for us to start this class up.  This class will be focused on pressing and squatting variations as well as deadlifts.  Class will start up next week so just sign up for MindBody like normal.  This is a trial run for a few weeks to make sure that we have enough people consistently attending, so show up!
