Some of your fellow members have decided to put their fitness to the test at a local CrossFit competition called the SuperFit Games.  We have 6 teams of 4 people that have been busting their asses to prepare for this competition.  It is on Saturday, July 12th at CrossFit SteeleCreek.  We’d love to see as many people out to support as possible and if you’ve never been to a competition, then definitely come check out this other aspect of what CrossFit is!  They are also looking for some more volunteers to help judge the workouts, so if you are interested in participating let one of the coaches know and we will get you in touch with the right people.  We’ve had members judge in the past and have really enjoyed being involved in the competition!  We will only be having 9:30am class on that Saturday as we’d love to encourage as many people as possible to come on out!
