Monday we had BodPod come to the gym and tell us all how fat we are – now come and learn how to get less fat! This Friday, June 27th at 630pm we will have a nutrition seminar at the gym. New athletes you should definitely come out – veterans, if you’ve never been to a seminar, you should too! Even if you’ve been before, a refresher is always a good idea.
