1. Enough people showed up last week to warrant another 6:30am strength class this Friday (tomorrow).  If you are interested in this being a regular class, keep showing up!  Sign up for the class in MindBody like always

2. We’ve had many people ask us about scheduling a time to test out of Fundamentals into Performance Class.  We are going to offer a test date and time once a month for people that are interested in doing so.  The next test out will be Thursday, May 22nd at 6:30pm.  Please shoot an email to info@escfitness.com to let us know that you plan on attending.  For more information about the difference in classes and what you need to know to test out, check out our original newsletter about it.
