There are spots available for Brian Strump’s Active Recovery class this Saturday at 12pm. Please come prepared to learn and move! Brining a notebook wouldn’t be a bad idea either!
Also- for those of you competing in 14.4 tomorrow night at 5:30pm. We will only be running heats of 5 (due to rower/judge limits). So please be prepped and ready to go by 5:30pm. We will assign heats and those in the later heats can continue to warm up while cheering on your fellow athletes.
