METCON

For Time:

Run 1 mile (or scale the distance as needed)

100 Air Squats

30 Plyo Lunges (each leg)

Run 800m

100 HR Pushups

30 Burpees

As you should already know, we are closed today and tomorrow.  I appreciate everyone being so understanding and I’m sorry for the disruption to your training both last week due to the weather and now this.  However, in my constant and relentless pursuit of providing you with the best training facility possible, it had to be done.

Hope to see everyone on Saturday to break in the new rigs.
