I’ve had a lot of emails come pouring in over the last month regarding testing out of the Fundamentals class and into Performance class.  We typically like to see an athlete attend our Fundamentals class for 45-60 days before attempting a test out.  However, the common theme amongst the graduates from our Fundamentals class is a void in their Olympic Weightlifting proficiency.  With our constantly varied programming, a Fundamentals class athlete might only see the Snatch or Clean & Jerk a handful of times depending on their attendance to the gym.  And since you have to know how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk to graduate to Performance class, this should be on the top of your priority list.
