RANT

There is a Nutritional Seminar this Friday at 6:30pm.  All members are invited to attend and feel free to bring any nutritionally challenged friends or family you have that need have a “Come to Jesus” talk about their health and fitness lifestyle.

Real quick:  PLEASE keep you phone and personal belongs  in the locker room area.  We’ve had several instances of cell phones, keys and wallets being found lying around late at night and/or almost breaking or being stepped on.  ALL BAGS AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE GYM FLOOR, SPEAKERS, PLYOBOX,ETC. Afraid someone might steal it and put it on Ebay?  Then please keep it in your vehicle.  Using your phone as a stopwatch?  Fine, but know the risk involved.
