With a continuously running clock, perform 1 pullup on minute 1, 2 pullups on minute 2, 3 pullups on minute 3, etc.

Once you fail the complete the required amount of pullups, replace pullups with AbMat situps and continue where you left off until you can no longer complete the required amount of reps.
