For Time and Total Calories – Partner WOD

One partner works, completing the entire rep requirement while the other is accumulating calories on Airdyne or Rower.  Then they switch.

50 HR Pushups

100 Double Unders/300 Singles

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

50 OH Lunges (45/25)
