Tomorrow’s Fundamentals WOD is a great opportunity for anyone who needs to clean up their Overhead Squat form.  If your Snatch or Overhead Squat is in need of work (of if you don’t even know what a Snatch or Overhead Squat is) then please attend the Fundamentals Class.
