WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a wide variety of group classes to accommodate any existing fitness level – CrossFit, yoga, endurance, strength, mobility, etc. Whatever your goal and interest, we’ve got you covered.
1-on-1 training is also available for a more intimate introduction to start your fitness journey or if you’d like to work with a trainer on select goals or fitness objectives.
A nutritional seminar is every offered every month to educate our members on how to eat based on their body type and goal. In addition, we can tailor a personalized nutritional plan designed for you and your lifestyle.
For those who are more independent in their training and have specific goals, we offer personalized program design. You’ll be assigned a coach who will write up all of your workouts for you to follow during Open Gym. Perfect for those who need the guidance, but prefer to train solo.
We realize that injuries will occur in life, but that doesn’t mean you need to stop being active. Exercise can be very therapeutic and restorative. This is why we have a licensed physical therapist on staff to work with our members in a prehab or rehab capacity.
